The staff could not have been more nimble and responded to my request efficiently and made the process enjoyable. JB Tillery is a fantastic person to work with, he listened carefully to both me and my husband and found a car that is a perfect fit. He took me on a test drive during a bitter cold night and provided hot cocoa afterwards. They provided a loaner for the night so we could think over our decision. Once I made the decision, JB had the paperwork organized for a seamless transition of ownership. Everyone from the Kelly in service to JB Tillery in sales, made my experience satisfying.
