Extra points to Dumitru: we conducted our negotiations for my most recent car via text message, and the process was so seamless I put a deposit down on the car before I even walked onto the lot. Service: Honestly, very good. All of the advisors are good people, and the actual quality of the service has been high. On the only occasion that I received my car back in less than great condition (after a detail), In all, the dealer continues to be just like the Acuras they service: reliably good.
