Hendrick Acura

We purchased a CPO 2017 MDX Advance AWD from Hendrick in November of 2019. The car had to be brought in to the shop 2 days after buying it (and Paying over $40k for it) because the lane keep assist and road November of 2019. The car had to be brought in to the shop 2 days after buying it (and Paying over $40k for it) because the lane keep assist and road mitigation departure warnings were going off randomly. This was the first of TEN (10) visits to the service department in 11 months. Got Acura Corporate involved as this car should have been a lemon. We find out through that process that these problems were first reported by the original owner when the car had only 3k miles on it. All the service history available through Acura yet somehow they sold me this car that has been known to have issues, as a CPO. It left my pregnant wife stranded twice. Vehicle totally dead in the middle of Independence. I plead with the dealer to get us out of this car and into something else. They treated us like crap. We are so disappointed that after they stuck us with a lemon, knew of these issues since day one and after a year they offered me $20k less than what I paid for it. Pretty much told me sucks for you. Even after my salesman, Mark Mahshie promised me that they would work with us as he agreed this was a terrible experience. We got nothing but empty promises. A swift kick in the behind and out the door we went. I expected more from a Hendrick Dealership and I certainly expected more from Acura. More
