Then instead of calling me back to tell me they would not deal on price they waited until I got there to tell me. Total waste of time. Joel got a little rude when I told him I would not over pay for a vehicle. He said I should just bring the difference in cash. Avoid this dealership!! More

FRAUD ALERT ! ! !READ CAREFULLY SERIOUS FRAUD ALERT ! ! ! —> do not ever purchase vehicle from this dealer ! READ CAREFULLY Please take your time to read through my experi SERIOUS FRAUD ALERT ! ! ! —> do not ever purchase vehicle from this dealer ! READ CAREFULLY Please take your time to read through my experience - I hope this rating will help you not to become a fraud Victim from this dealership. I found a vehicle online (BMW 650i) at this dealership and called in to define date for inspection and possible purchase. From Atlanta I flew to Nashville and the saleman “Bo” picked me up from the airport together with his daughter We had a nice conversation in the car on the way and exchanged some stories. He knew I was coming with a one way ticket and that I am a green card holder. Once I test drove the vehicle and was ready to sign the paperwork on the agree price I paid the full amount in cash (12k USD). I had 1k USD left which I had as a reserve bc I was not sure about taxation etc. Salesman “Bo” saw me putting this money back into my pocket and counted the full amount of 12k USD cash in front of me. I got the invoice keys and dealer tag and left. Got gas at the gas station in Hendersonville to prepare for my drive back. Within 10 minutes I got a call from Bo telling me to pls come back in as I supposedly shorted them by 600 USD. As they still had the title (dealer) I decided to go back and clarify the situation in person in order to prevent any problems. Once I got there I was escorted to the small backroom where an older gentlemen by the name “Ricky” was waiting on me with 11.400 USD on the table, directly starting of the conversation that I shorted them by 600 USD and that I should give them the money or they keys back and literally (not figuratively) saying “otherwise get the f*** a plane to wherever you are from and give me my keys back”. I stepped outside the room as this was a captive audience situation - very unpleasant - and tried to clarify the situation - mentioning that “Bo” counted the money in front of me and I saw no reason why this would have in any form or sort have been my fault. “Bo” explained to me how sorry he was but he must have miscounted and let me leave without the 600 USD that were theirs. I pulled out my bank statement showing them I deducted 13k from my bank the day before and the cash I had in my pocket of 1.000 USD exactly and offered them to search the vehicle for the additional 600 USD they were claiming I shorted them by. After “Ricky” , alledgedly the owner, got loud and very unprofessional I decided to call 911 and get an officer dispatched. While I was on the phone with 911 “Bo” came over and indicated to me that he did find the money - conincidentally while I had the officer on the phone. I still had the officers dispatched, hung up and got back to a conversation with “Bo” - who tried to explain to me with showing me under his office table where he found the 600 USD which “must have accidentally fallen into the trash after counting” (quoting here the original tone). I informed them that I was not falling for this scam and there conversation got a little louder - which lead a gentleman, lateron identified as “Ricky’s Son”, to come over and threatening me to throw me out of his dealership. Only after informing him that I will defend myself with physical fore he stopped pushing me outside, where I kept waiting for the officers to show on site to clarify the legality and that I had all documents I needed to leave. Once the officers came and took the report “Bo” and “Ricky” insisted that all this was a horrible misunderstanding and the at they were truly sorry. Summary: Bo and Rickey new I was not an American citizen, that I had 1.000 USD cash in my pocket and had a one way ticket. Obviously they were expecting me to fall for this scam with the clear intention to enrich themselves upon my inferior negotiation position. Only as I called the cops the situation was resolved and their scam blew up into their faces. Obviously they will say this was a misunderstanding - pls ready other comments regarding “Ricky” and his high pressure tactics to sell (which luckily I ready before myself - helping me judging the situation and realizing what they were trying to do) The Monday after I texted them to make sure to send me my title ASAP (i wanted this to be over with) as well as the second set of keys they promised me. In return for this I informed them not to publish my horrible experience with them online (which obviously I do anyways bc this xxxxty scam needs to be revealed so no other person will have to endure the same experience I had) ! “Ricky” called me and ensured that he would send the title - as well as a check for 450 USD in order for me to get second set of keys. This makes this even more obvious what scam they were trying to pull on me and buy my silence —> show me they are clearly guilty as F****. No I got my title - the second set of keys and feel confident going public in order to help others not to being put in the same situation. I am publishing this on multiple websites (better business bureau / delaerrater / google) in order for you all to make sure not to fall for their scams ! Used car dealers as described in the worst fairy tailes - all prejudice come true and revealed. This is a true story - I am more than happy to answer your questions or comments - for those who want to I am more than happy to share the police report I filed to prove their wrong doing and business behavior. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE - READ THE OTHER COMMENTS - RICKY is a shady scammer - DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM HERE ! ! ! More
Great looking cars but be careful Drove over 3 1/2 hours to purchase a car that I had talked to dealer about numerous times(2 week span) Evan got the total cash price with fees and tax Drove over 3 1/2 hours to purchase a car that I had talked to dealer about numerous times(2 week span) Evan got the total cash price with fees and taxes before leaving to pick it up, upon arrival the guys go in the back and begin talking very loudly saying I can’t believe this happened about 15 min. Later the guy I was dealing with the whole time tells me there’s been a mistake in the listing price it’s about $4000 off! They didn’t even try to work with me on the price had the nerve to give me $40 and told me to gas up and get something to eat! It took everything in me not to go off, but I just walked away! Just be careful if you have a long drive it may be a waste of time and money. I’ve read about this before but they got me this time!! More
