5 stars starts with the gentleman who checks your car into the service area. He is the hardest working person and so friendly and efficient! I always enjoy coming because I don’t get bombarded by the ser into the service area. He is the hardest working person and so friendly and efficient! I always enjoy coming because I don’t get bombarded by the service department to perform services that aren’t necessary. Everything is very straightforward. If I had any complaint it would be that it took 2 months to get in for an oil change. Otherwise everything is top notch! More

No one came outside to greet me. I’ve bought a car here already and they have the worst costumer service and the worst attitudes. They didn’t even work with me. I arrived for my appointment at 8:15 AM actually I arrived at 8 AM. When I went to my service advisor and explained that I will be waiting and I needed it done right away because my Wife was on Hospic arrived at 8 AM. When I went to my service advisor and explained that I will be waiting and I needed it done right away because my Wife was on Hospice care at home and I could not leave he too long. I also told him I was going to have breakfast and return in One hour. To make a long story short I left your service area, at 11:15 without the car ever being taken in. I came to just check the engine and waited one month to get this appointment. If I could give you a Zero, I would. If you think I'll be buying a car from you again, you probably know the answer. More
