The quick lube service was fast, when I first arrived there was a line however I did not wait that long as I thought. Bryce was very kind, he informed me of the estimated time it make take, he personally there was a line however I did not wait that long as I thought. Bryce was very kind, he informed me of the estimated time it make take, he personally came into the waiting room to tell me my truck was ready and walked me up to the cashiers. The cashiers were welcoming, when I asked if there was anything wrong with me vehicle the cashier walked me through the inspection that they did on my truck. More
Disappointed long-time customer here. I have been taking multiple vehicles to the service department for over a decade. I have always been happy with my service. Until now. I had my air c I have been taking multiple vehicles to the service department for over a decade. I have always been happy with my service. Until now. I had my air conditioner compressor go out just days into the summer heat. I know that taking my vehicle to the dealership is going to cost a premium price, but I e always been willing because this dealership has had quick turn around. I was told after the initial diagnostic that my truck would be repaired in two days. I called in the afternoon two days later and Bryce told me that it was being worked on, but the mechanic would need another day. The next day, he called and informed me that it would take another two days. After that he stopped calling. I ended up leaving a number of messages (Bryce was never available), he finally got back to me with more excuses but little information. All told my 2 day repair took almost two weeks. In the mean time I called around to different garages. I found out the same repair at three other repair shops were significantly less. 2 at 30%, and 1 at 40% less. Both of the shops that were 30% cheaper went out of their way to inform me that the compressor would have a lifetime guarantee, the third offered a two year warrantee. They all told me the repair would be around five days. So, I could have saved money and time had I gone with one of them. The kicker is, when I finally was able to retrieve my truck, they surprised me with 2.5% charge for using a credit card. They never warned me or told me to bring cash or a check. Now I was at the checkout with no truck and no ride to go get a different form of payment. I had to eat the obvious price gouge. So, I was a bit hot when I got my receipt. I read it and was a little shocked not to see any information about guarantees or warranties. I had to ask. The salespeople working in the service department told me there was a 2 year warranty but it was for the compressor only, and if something went wrong I would be responsible for labor. This garage used to be high quality with customer service as a priority. I don't blame the employees though. While I was in the service department moral seemed to be extremely low. The person at that processed my receipt openly insisted that the 2.5% surcharge came from managers "upstairs" before complaining how he always bears the brunt of upset customers. Later he exclaimed to multiple customers how bored he was. There was another employee who was openly disgruntled when the manager asked him to retrieve one of the finished vehicles, and only complied when the manager asked him if he was "on the clock?" The entire atmosphere felt like the DMV or a family court waiting area. My interactions with Bryce and the other team members in the service department made me feel like I was a hassle or a difficult customer when all I wanted was more information. I remember this place being light and exciting. I don't have any desire to go back I'll take my business somewhere that still cares about customers. More
BUYER BEWARE: SHADY AND SLIMY-this dealership added a $699 “concierge fee” to the contract without disclosing it upfront. During financing, we were told this charge was part of the extended warranty, whi $699 “concierge fee” to the contract without disclosing it upfront. During financing, we were told this charge was part of the extended warranty, which was misleading. This experience felt highly unprofessional and deceptive. I had to push hard to have the fee removed, and the manager’s response was dismissive and disrespectful throughout the process. He was condescending and rude, yelling and belittling me in the process. If you’re considering purchasing from them, review your paperwork carefully and question any unexpected charges. I personally will never go back to this SAHDY dealership! More
I recently visited this dealership on to explore options for purchasing a new vehicle and worked with a salesperson named Kyle Knudson. Initially, the experience was positive; however, it quickly became fru for purchasing a new vehicle and worked with a salesperson named Kyle Knudson. Initially, the experience was positive; however, it quickly became frustrating once we began discussing pricing details. When my sister requested an itemized breakdown of the additional fees, Kyle was unable or unwilling to provide a clear explanation. Instead, the conversation became circular, with repeated references to my sister and I work in rather than offering the transparency we were asking for. We also attempted to discuss pricing based on an offer I had received through the Sam’s Club Auto Buying Program. Rather than reviewing or working with that information, Kyle dismissed it and focused on disputing the figures instead of trying to find a mutually agreeable deal. As the conversation continued, it felt less like a collaborative sales process and more like an effort to prove a point. When we indicated we were no longer interested and asked for my keys back, there was an unnecessary delay, and we felt we had to raise our voices to have them returned. I asked to speak with a manager, but unfortunately, the individual present did not acknowledge us or step in to assist. Although my sister apologized for the raised voices, she also expressed our concern about how the situation was handled. Overall, the experience left us feeling disregarded as customers. We came in ready to make a purchase but ultimately chose to leave due to the lack of transparency, professionalism, and willingness to work toward a deal. More
This place has by far the worst service department in Nevada I think. We took our silverado in as the transmission goes out at 12000 miles. Went on to fill out the paperwork and they just all kind of sta Nevada I think. We took our silverado in as the transmission goes out at 12000 miles. Went on to fill out the paperwork and they just all kind of stare at you when we asked when they would look at it, or can we get a courtesy vehicle as we need to commute to work. No one seems to have any idea how to answer these questions. They just seemed real bad at how treat people. Then we get told we will get called Monday…. Called and no one has looked at the truck. All this conspired for us to decid to get rid of it because the reliability and awful dealer service we didn’t want to deal with. I still need to get the truck turned in to where we traded it in, I get Moe the service writer arguing that the truck is theirs! I said no it is not it goes to someone else and is mine until I can let the know when it’s ready. I needed to find out when as it is on flux and who to pick it up. I can tell the place we traded it the time frame and he continues to argue and states I can just take it somewhere else to get repaired. Great service and quality on that communication….their finance guy was nice but absolutely no way we’d go back to buy this type of quality and the awful service department. More
Today I realized that this was the worst place I could have gone to buy my car. It's so sad and disappointing to know that this dealership Henderson Chevrolet would go to such lengths to sell a car, even have gone to buy my car. It's so sad and disappointing to know that this dealership Henderson Chevrolet would go to such lengths to sell a car, even resorting to scamming people. They sell cars in poor condition and then refuse to take responsibility, even mocking me to my face (David). I do not recommend this car dealership to anyone. More

I reached out to Henderson Chevrolet with a simple, respectful request: to view a vehicle in Overton before committing to a purchase. Instead of professionalism, I received condescension and misreprese respectful request: to view a vehicle in Overton before committing to a purchase. Instead of professionalism, I received condescension and misrepresentation. Kyle Knudson implied I had scheduled an appointment I never agreed to, then dismissed my request as unreasonable due to “obvious safety reasons.” I’m a U.S. Air Force veteran and a household leader who documents every dealer interaction for emotional safety and legacy tracking. I expect transparency, dignity, and respect—not vague replies or pressure tactics. If you value clear communication and emotional fit in your vehicle purchase, I recommend looking elsewhere. More

Ray took me right in, called me after a short time, advised me I had a failing high pressure fuel pump. I was in a bind needing my vehicle for the Labor Day trip planned. He was very accommodating, had the vehicle repaired and back to me the following day. What great service!!! Thanks Ray..... More
