I've given Henderson Chevrolet my contact information as requested. as of 9/1/2025. I'll keep this updated, as the situation progresses... 9/12/2025 ( *UPDATE) sent Henderson Chevrolet my number and email in response, to their response asking for the easiest way to contact me. also left another message with my information directly on their call line. what a surprise, as of today I've heard absolutely nothing from them whatsoever. so it's just more lip service trying to show concern for customer and or problem, when they don't give a damn about either one. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. all they do is lie, and if this is how they treat something they're supposed to address according to NHTSA regulations, it shouldn't take much imagination to figure out how they'll treat a situation they're not obligated to address. absolutely, disgustingly, unacceptable.
