This place has by far the worst service department in Nevada I think. We took our silverado in as the transmission goes out at 12000 miles. Went on to fill out the paperwork and they just all kind of sta Nevada I think. We took our silverado in as the transmission goes out at 12000 miles. Went on to fill out the paperwork and they just all kind of stare at you when we asked when they would look at it, or can we get a courtesy vehicle as we need to commute to work. No one seems to have any idea how to answer these questions. They just seemed real bad at how treat people. Then we get told we will get called Monday…. Called and no one has looked at the truck. All this conspired for us to decid to get rid of it because the reliability and awful dealer service we didn’t want to deal with. I still need to get the truck turned in to where we traded it in, I get Moe the service writer arguing that the truck is theirs! I said no it is not it goes to someone else and is mine until I can let the know when it’s ready. I needed to find out when as it is on flux and who to pick it up. I can tell the place we traded it the time frame and he continues to argue and states I can just take it somewhere else to get repaired. Great service and quality on that communication….their finance guy was nice but absolutely no way we’d go back to buy this type of quality and the awful service department. More
Today I realized that this was the worst place I could have gone to buy my car. It's so sad and disappointing to know that this dealership Henderson Chevrolet would go to such lengths to sell a car, even have gone to buy my car. It's so sad and disappointing to know that this dealership Henderson Chevrolet would go to such lengths to sell a car, even resorting to scamming people. They sell cars in poor condition and then refuse to take responsibility, even mocking me to my face (David). I do not recommend this car dealership to anyone. More

I reached out to Henderson Chevrolet with a simple, respectful request: to view a vehicle in Overton before committing to a purchase. Instead of professionalism, I received condescension and misreprese respectful request: to view a vehicle in Overton before committing to a purchase. Instead of professionalism, I received condescension and misrepresentation. Kyle Knudson implied I had scheduled an appointment I never agreed to, then dismissed my request as unreasonable due to “obvious safety reasons.” I’m a U.S. Air Force veteran and a household leader who documents every dealer interaction for emotional safety and legacy tracking. I expect transparency, dignity, and respect—not vague replies or pressure tactics. If you value clear communication and emotional fit in your vehicle purchase, I recommend looking elsewhere. More
Contacted Service Dept. (Ray the bald guy) to resolve issue with a code (Ray the bald guy) to resolve issue with a code Contacted Henderson Chev Service (Ray the bald guy) regarding a service code. Ray took me right in, called me after a short time, advised me I had a failing high pressure fuel pump. I was in a bind needing my vehicle for the Labor Day trip planned. He was very accommodating, had the vehicle repaired and back to me the following day. What great service!!! Thanks Ray..... More
Auto vehicle from this dealership in 2017, it was a 2016 Chevy Cruze. maybe a year later there was a "C S.P." notice about a possible problem with the rear high mounted brake light, the one that fits abov Chevy Cruze. maybe a year later there was a "C S.P." notice about a possible problem with the rear high mounted brake light, the one that fits above the rear windshield. basically seals on the underside of it for faulty or could break causing it to become unsealed and allowing water during rainstorms to leak down into the trunk and follow the battery and current lines possibly causing an electrical fire. this type of notice is issued when they're made aware of a problem they automatically acknowledges severity and initiate a program to fix these things so it doesn't go down as a recall, this benefits the car's rating and their sales. fast forward to now and the supposed repair that they did failed I'm putting gas in my car and I can see the right side of the rear high mounted stop light popped up. I at first went through their chat system and was reassured find employee name Olivia Martin but I would be contacted, after several days I wasn't so I called and explained this, twice wants to the receptionist and then to the technician person she handed me over to, who before even talking and he said this wasn't something that was open covered by warranty and work they'd do. well according to the nhtsa and attorneys for legal services from my union, the law clearly states that if and when they do this type of repair and it fails and needs a repair, and the re-repair is in the same scope of the previous repair, and the vehicle is less than 15 years old in the date of purchase, they are in fact obliged to repair it if it fails... well not according to Andy, who was rude dismissive obviously didn't want to deal with the problem and said I'd have to contact GM but that just wasn't something that they were dealing with at the dealership level. well I'm in the course of not just contacting GM but I'm also going to Lodge a complaint with the NHTSA, and also the better Business bureau, which coincidentally they have lost their accreditation with because of not addressing problems just like this and denying responsibility or service obligations just like my situation. after I'm done with all of that I get my vehicle repaired and then I'm going to take them to small claims / civil court recover my money and some damages and compensation for my time, or something they refuse to do that they are legally obligated to do. so not only do they care about being ethical and following through, they don't care about the law either. it's a scummy way to do business, STAY AWAY from these people they are TERRIBLE. Andres was solid. The guy worked like crazy to make the deal work. This is the 3rd car I've bought from Henderson Chevy and he was the best salesman hands down.
