I bought my car here a year and a half ago and sure everyone is nice when you're buying a car. I came to have it serviced one of my tires looked at so I called ahead of time to see if they had any spot everyone is nice when you're buying a car. When I get there he proceeds to tell me that nothing is covered anymore and I said fine I just need someone to look at my tire. Two and a half hours later I asked them how long it would be and they haven't even looked at the car yet... So why you tell me to come in if you don't have time for me I could have came in on a different day. Anyways some guy in the waiting room, a car salesman, ask me if I want a new car and I say no I got one last year, then he looked up my warranties and told me that I had canceled them yes I canceled them because it was an 8% interest rate it's cheaper to just pay up front then pay 8% interest rate on this huge car purchase big deal.. well he tells me that I listened to the peanut gallery when I canceled and then he became very rude because I did not want to buy a new car. Meanwhile I am 6 months pregnant so the fact that he was rude to me came off is really aggressive because I was so calm and polite. I'm never coming back to this dealership again and I'm going to buy my next car at a different Chevrolet. And no it never got looked at because I had to go into work. More

There is a gross lack of service after you do your initial review. I suggest you wait. 25 days later the trade in has not been paid off! No information to make my new payment that will be due soon. The finance guy Alex told me to pay the payment on the car we traded in??? WHY???!!!! I don't own it! The dropped the ball and now we are getting screwed. I get a run around from Larry the finance manager supposedly. The car we traded in still not paid off!!! I'd go elsewhere and definitely do not do review of dealer until everything done. Delay due to finance not putting the right info on the contract. Why are we the ones that will penalized with late payments and inability to even pay the new car!!! Run away fast!!! More

Called ahead to schedule an appointment for a smog check, I was told to just go in and they will get it done, no appointment was necessary. I drove in and waited for 2 hours, when I asked the service advisor I was told to just go in and they will get it done, no appointment was necessary. I drove in and waited for 2 hours, when I asked the service advisor he asked me what ever happened with my truck, he went in to the back and drove right out. Looking at the time of when the smog was done, it had been an hour prior. I wasted an extra hour of my time just because the advisor forgot to get my truck after it was ready. More

Complete lack of accountability on the service manager who approved everything. They do not follow through with what they say they will. You will be told one thing but the next week the manager will act l who approved everything. They do not follow through with what they say they will. You will be told one thing but the next week the manager will act like the conversation never happened. Forget about getting email responses that actually answer the questions you are asking. This is one of the most unprofessional service centers I’ve dealt with and gives Chevy a bad name. Also Joe the sales person was overcharging on the car I wax getting a price quote on adding on things I didn’t want. More
