Took longer than expected I was told it would take about 30 min to change the oil. It actually took over an hour. I've had quite a bit of issues now from the way that the car lot wrote the agreements up on my extended warrantees and when we went in to have our vehicles serviced, the team seems like theyre in convenience. And that we were a nuisance to them. They used to give us diagnostics on our car every time we brought it in to have the oil changed and just maintaining it now its nothing. I wish they could get the service department is committed to customer service as the sales team is. More

Probably won't go back I received a call saying that they wanted to see about buying back my suv. So I set up an appointment to go see what they had to offer me. Everything I said I was interested in they claimed would not be in my price range. So they basically conned me into getting a new car that I wasn't interested in, they only great feature it has was a remote start. It came fresh off of the truck so I was only allowed to test drive it in the parking lot, so I couldn't go above like 10 mph. Cause they said it hasn't been set up yet. In the mean time they basically forced me to buy this car and they had kept my keys so I couldn't leave. I kept telling them no I can't afford that. They kept pressuring me into saying yes. So after I said yes they rushed me unto filling out paperwork right away, then they gave me a loaner car to use for a day while they fixed mine up and put a remote start on it. In the mean time I absolutely fell in love with the loaner car, and I absolutely hate the car I was forced to buy. I only had my new car over night and called early in the morning saying I hate my new car and would like to get the loaner car. They claimed I can't exchange cars. Cause there are no discounts for this car and I could only trade it if I give them 5000.00 down. So basically I am stuck with a new car that I don't like for at least 6 months to a year before I can trade it in again. I owned a car similar to this in 2004 and it had more features than the brand new one has. I just feel as if I was taken for granted. I am definitely not a happy customer. If you are a woman make sure to take a man that knows about cars with you! I even said please let me go home and think this over, but they wouldn't allow it. I will never go to a dealership alone ever again! The salesman was nice but I think all his lines were rehearsed. They wouldn't even consider me looking at a used vechile. Oh well, lesson learned. I feel as if they didn't even seem to care that I was an unhappy customer. More

He is always there for me if I need help and if I buy another car there it will be because of him to a large degree. He sold me my Equinox and it was absolutely the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. I am pleased with the service department. They have done their best to see that I was satisfied. I actually received a phone call asking me to contact them if I wasn't satisfied so they could make it right. I really appreciated that and I definitely would have done so.
