I scheduled my appointment during the afternoon on Saturday. Though the weather may have contributed, I was able to get in & out quickly and for a time was the only client. This place has got to be the worst place to ever got to. Starting with the customer service i. The service Dept to the actual service . Went there cause my Sun roof broke and they wanted to charge extreme a Starting with the customer service i. The service Dept to the actual service . Went there cause my Sun roof broke and they wanted to charge extreme amount of money to fix so they tell me they’ll charge me 300 to close it with a guarantee for 2 years it won’t open or leak . When it did start leaking and rattling open on the road it took a week for an appt , only to keep my truck for 6 hours to tell me all they can do is tape it . To top that!! They used blue paint tape to tape it shut which fell off on the way home cause it was drizzling . A waste of time and useless service Dept . Then ! They have the xxxxx to say don’t worry there’s no charge for today ! I mean if they charged me for a 6 hours of putting blue paint tape around my sunroof just imagine what they’ll charge for .. DO NOT GO HERE !!!! More
