Unfortunately, I have had many issues with the SYNC system and have dealt with the service department way too may times to even count. Overall, my experience has been a good one throughout the years. However, this time my experience was exceptional because of Jonathan Bennett. He is a amazing addition to the service department. He went above and beyond for me and actually listened to my concerns and got the job done. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. More

One suggestion on the Vehicle Report Card: If you summarized the information provided after a service appointment by assigning a letter grade to the overall condition of my car (A, A-, B, B-, etc.), I can guarantee you I would keep bringing it back until I got the "A." And I would bet there would be a lot of others who would do the same (whether they want to admit it or not!) Thanks for always providing great service! More
