The window was not fixed. After having the car for two daysI The mechanic did not check his work. Or never even lowered the window. If he/she lowered it they would see it will not go back up. How do you clean the track without bringing the window down or removing the panel. They did nothing. What else do they say they do and really do not do. Car sits there I will pick it up tomorrow. I will check for clean oil and antifreeze that they stated they changed. Very disappointing More

Ms. Karen Wunderlich and Mr. John Lydon are both reasonable, pleasant service advisors to do business with! My 2020 Nautilus on lease had less than 26K miles and is 2.5 years old yet it was vibra reasonable, pleasant service advisors to do business with! My 2020 Nautilus on lease had less than 26K miles and is 2.5 years old yet it was vibrating so loud whenever I stepped on the brake. It's front rotors had to be resurfaced on July 23, 2021. Ms. Wunderlich informed us that the back rotors may need service as well but we waited half a day already given that it takes three weeks for a loaner to become available. On July 26, the back rotors and brake pads had to be replaced. While waiting on the 23rd, we had hopped in and out of the new Nautilus, Aviator, Navigator, the Ford Truck, Explorer, Edge and Mustang Mach-E. No one asked us if they could help us! I would have rated this dealership lower than 4. This rating is in fairness to the service staff. I also appreciate the young gentleman with long hair who brought my car out on the 23rd as well as the other two gentlemen who I approached to please bring out my car on the 26th. The Front Desk staff told me my car would be brought out but that took long and no updates were given. More
Karen the service rep was very helpful, was able to fit me in the schedule to have my car scan for any error code. Always a good service experience. Easy to schedule, on time, greeted when you pull up, nice waiting room (can't wait til they are able to offer coffee again-COVID!), fast reliable service and the car is d time, greeted when you pull up, nice waiting room (can't wait til they are able to offer coffee again-COVID!), fast reliable service and the car is delivered clean. I called ford roadside assistance because my dog's leash had gotten caught in the door latch and the door wouldn't close. They informed me they didn't send mechancics and the card would have to be towed/ had gotten caught in the door latch and the door wouldn't close. They informed me they didn't send mechancics and the card would have to be towed/ I had the pup with me and I couldn't safely remain in the park awaiting a tow nor could he be welcomed in a tow truck. I drove to Hempstead Ford, holding my drier side door closed with my left hand while I steered with my right. I went to the service center and there I met the best person to represent Hempstead Ford, Jackie O. She came out assessed the problem, fixed it, pet the pup and off we went, safe and sound.My husband is at Solan Kettering right now and one more problem probably would have driven me over the edge. Kudos and a million thanks to Jackie O. My dog, Jack, thanks her too! More
Karen at the Service Desk & Fred my Service Tech deserve more stars than 5 for the excellent service and attention they provide. I was on LI from CT for a wedding on June 12. My cabin rear view mirror need more stars than 5 for the excellent service and attention they provide. I was on LI from CT for a wedding on June 12. My cabin rear view mirror needed to be reattached to my windshield. I did not have an appointment and the Service Department was totally booked. I experienced something that I thought was long gone-True Caring Customer Service. Karen went out of her way to clear a small window of time for Fred to complete my repair. Karen & Fred we a totally pleasure to work with. I wish I did not live so far away, I would bring my Lincoln to Hempstead Ford Lincoln in a heart beat. More
