Very different experience from other dealerships. He was extremely accommodating and thorough. Very flexible with our appointment times and calls as I was traveling from Albany. When we arrived for a test drive he was so sweet and helpful, really couldn’t ask for more. My mom has a language barrier and was looking for her first vehicle. Carmine showed us the options and walked us through the process slowly, making sure she had enough time for translation and that she understood everything he was offering. Once we left, he stayed in touch just enough without being pushy, giving us time to make a decision. He answers all of our questions and was accessible via text even on his day off. Very accommodating with pick up schedule and provided amendments to the buyers order swiftly. He even made himself available for calls/questions while my mom was figuring out her financing and insurance - without a hassle. During pick up day he was the kindest, most honest sales rep we could have asked for! The car was in perfect condition and everyone at the dealership was just great.
