I brought my car in for an oil change with an appointment. It took a little over two hours, I was getting ready to take my car out of there and go somewhere else. The guy told me the car is done appointment. It took a little over two hours, I was getting ready to take my car out of there and go somewhere else. The guy told me the car is done and they will be bringing it up shortly. The guy came out, handing me my paperwork and said your car is outside. I went out there it was nowhere to be seen. I waited and waited and then looked and my car was going through the car wash! They usually ask if you want your car washed I always tell them no. Total for my cars oil change took 2 1/2 hours. Unacceptable! More
