Ordered a Mach E is April of 2022 and it was delivered in May 2023. Hempstead was the THIRD dealer I went to before finally ordering as the first 2 dealerships were basically criminal enterprises. Frank and the Hempstead Ford Dealership are fantastic! We went there twice. The first time they didn't have the car we wanted and Frank wanted to make sure we knew what we wanted. We contacted Frank and asked about a car and they had it! When we went to pick it up we saw Frank cleaning the windows! There was even a red bow on the dashboard. I never had a red bow in my car before! Frank. the lady at the front desk, the finance officer, everone were so nice. We recommend Hempstead Ford Dealership! Give them a try , they may have your next car! More
