Grace was very helpful with finding the exact car I wanted . I have a full time job and am a full time student and a mom. She was very efficient with time and found the right color car ( I had tried wanted . I have a full time job and am a full time student and a mom. Frank was very professional to deal with. The purchase, trade-in and pick-up process went smoothly. The price on the new Ford Fusion was fair, but like all dealers, the price for the trade-in was pretty trade-in and pick-up process went smoothly.
