Our Saleswoman, Karen Hesdra is THE BEST! ! She takes the time to show you the cars, explains the process and answers all your questions and concerns. We have been working with her for over ! She takes the time to show you the cars, explains the process and answers all your questions and concerns. We have been working with her for over 15 years. She keeps you posted on your car, where it is in the process when ordering a new car. Once it comes in she let us look at, drive it and THEN make the final decision if we wanted to go ahead with the purchase. She took us to meet all the service department staff and explained how the service department worked. She sat with us for over an hour going over all the bells and whistles in our new car and helped set up everything. The service guys were great and already had much of it preprogrammed! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hempstead Lincoln AND MOST DEFINATELY Karen Hesdra as your salesperson. She knew the Corsairs were behind in delivery but never once did she try to sell us a different car just "for a sale." She wanted us in the car we wanted, not one she could sell just to get a car sold. Not high pressure and no double talk. She is NOT your "typical" car salesperson people are always afraid of! She is genuine and trustworthy. RUN don't walk to Hempstead Ford Lincoln and ask specifically for Karen! You will be happy you did! More
