Great car buying experience I've purchased many cars over the years, so I've dealt with all types of car sales people. Have to say that one of my best experiences ever was with I've purchased many cars over the years, so I've dealt with all types of car sales people. Have to say that one of my best experiences ever was with Grace Dellaratta at Hempstead Ford Lincoln. She was very easy to work with, never tried to sell me something I wasn't interested in. As it turns out, they didn't have in stock the vehicle I wanted with the accessories I wanted. Grace assured me that should would find the vehicle for me. She had given me a price on the vehicle I wanted. I priced the vehilce with two other dealters prior to coming in, so I knew what the numbers should be around ahead of time. She was able to beat the price signifiacantly. As it turns out she wasn't able to get me the vehicle exactly how I wanted it, instead the one she got me had more options then I wanted and they threw them in at NO extra charge to me! Need I say more. I would recommend anyone interested in Ford or Lincoln to check out Hempstead. More

Everybody, from the receptionist greeting you as you walked in to the general manager, was very friendly and helpful. We traveled from the city to this dealer and it was totally worth the commute. We never felt like we were being manipulated into buying something we weren't interested in. The staff was very knowledgeable and also provided their opinions which were very much appreciated. I did a lot of leg work, and have a dealer in walking distance from my house, but ended up at Hempstead Ford because of the sales consultant, Grace Dellaratta. I have shopped for many cars, as I usually lease and go through the buying experience every three years. I also give my kids a hand with their purchases, so it seems I'm visiting a dealership every year. From the first time I spoke with Grace Dellaratta, I knew she was a good, honest, intelligent person who cared about us. She went above and beyond to find the car my son was looking for and gave him the best price possible. Because of our experience with Grace last year, I returned this past September and purchased a Ford for myself. My experience with Grace was, once again, exceptional. I didn't even bother to go to one other dealer. I have total trust and confidence that Grace will do the best she can for me, and I will return next time I, or anyone in my family, need a car. More
