Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

Have had problems with squeaking brakes. Dealer has tries to fix. But it still has not been resolved. Manger was suppose to contact Ram and get back to me it’s been over 2 weeks now no call or resolve. Very to fix. But it still has not been resolved. Service techs were nice. Waiting area is decent. I’m used to going to luxury dealerships. Where they have starbucks coffee and wash your car after each service (free or not) so this experience was different. to going to luxury dealerships. Waiting period was less than an hour so I was in and out. I did not like the fact that my service advisor didn’t walk me to my car to go over everything that was done and remove the plastic and paper floor mats from the jeep. I had to remove that on my own and find the nearest trash bin. More

Came to pick up truck and noticed scratches down the driver side of truck. They tried to half xxx the issue until I complained! After the complaint the truck was supposed to be detailed for their screw driver side of truck. They tried to half xxx the issue until I complained! I picked up truck from the dealer later that evening, then noticed the next day the truck now has swirl marks all over and left over residue all over the truck! Honestly I’m pretty pissed off about the outcome of the whole deal!! More
