Appointment on a mon at 1:30 to check battery under warranty. At 5pm on Tue I called them to learn car had not been touched. I called them again at 3:30 on Wed to discover car would be done by 10am o warranty. At 5pm on Tue I called them to learn car had not been touched. They called at 9:50am Thur to say car was ready. 3 1/2 business days for battery check/ replacement WITH appointment and no outbound communication is unacceptable.
