No one told me they couldn’t fix it. They just acted as if it was complete. Jessica was very helpful and awesome in setting up the appointment and following through with me. Sadly unless I hear that something has changed I can’t bring my Jeep back here for any service. How can I believe the workers have actually changed my oil if they were willing to lie about this. There are three Jeep dealers about the same distance from me. People need to take pride in getting there work done but as a consumer all I can do sadly is take my business somewhere else. I hope the person that worked on my vehicle is spoken too and that change occurs. More

Bad Service They had my Jeep all day and couldnt find anything wrong. Very common problem and still couldnt find anything. Also drove my Jeep for 14 miles. The floor salesman Max was nice the when the paperwork left his hands the Van was already up to $ 21,000. Dealerships need to keep the price relatively close to the asking price. Not $10,000 over.
