Over priced unnecessary add-ones. Went to the dealer to consider a 2015 truck purchase and discovered the posted price did not include significant dealer upgrades. They tacked on $495 Went to the dealer to consider a 2015 truck purchase and discovered the posted price did not include significant dealer upgrades. They tacked on $495 for nitro in the tires, $895 for surface protection, and $863 for Karr Security. These unnecessary items added almost 10% to price of the vehicle. If you go, hold your ground and don't let them cry to you that they are not making a profit or are selling the vehicle at a loss. They get no because they won't negotiate these items. P.S. Three follow up calls to request missing paperwork for Karr Security were never returned. More
