Brought F150 truck in Saturday morning for oil change at 7:30 am. Was told it would be 2 1/2 hours. Came back in 2 1/2 hours and was told it would be another 2 hours. I told service tech to bring my truc at 7:30 am. Was told it would be 2 1/2 hours. Came back in 2 1/2 hours and was told it would be another 2 hours. I told service tech to bring my truck around. I'm leaving. It's an oil change, not an all day affair. Do what you say you're going to do. I went down to Les Schwab for my oil change. Worst experience ever. Had my car 3 months. Was told it would have gas and washed. Didn’t happen. You would think after having someone car that long that would be done. Was Had my car 3 months. I had a long running issue with a control module. Robert (service mgr) was great. He stayed on the problem until it was resolved. (this was over a number of service calls over the issue. He understood my situation and informed me that Hamburg Ford will do their very best to get my vehicle on the road quickly. Anthony took the extra step to call CNA Insurance and worked with them to have my vehicle covered for the repairs. My out-of-pocket calf was a lot cheaper than the cost of the repair. The mechanics it worked on my truck did a very good job making the repairs and kept the motor compartment clean and the truck clean.
