Weekend rolled around and I informed the salesman through text, that I would be at the dealer in 2 1/2 hours to see the car. Got a text back acknowledging my scheduled arrival. We show up expecting to see car parked in front. Nope it’s missing. Walk in and find salesman I was communicating with and he invites me to sit down and have some coffee (their machine was broke) and tells me that an employee is out running a quick errand and that the car will be here shortly. In the mean time, I asked for them to appraise my car for trade in value. Car I came to look at finally shows up after a hour of waiting. The car is filthy!!!! They were doing construction on the dealers roof and there was this white rust covering the car. The front seat interior area was filthy and grimy. There was 400 more mikes on the odometer compared to what the car’s mileage was posted as in the advertisement less than a week prior. Clearly they were using this car as a fleet vehicle/errand car. Car was advertised as a CPO yet they didn’t have the two sets of keys, the cars manuals AND they didn’t have the signed off checklist from Mechanic and Service Manager showing the car passed the CPO inspection. All things required to present to buyer when selling a car certified as CPO from dealer. We ended up getting handed over to a different sales guy named Scott Weinberg. Scott shouldn’t be selling furniture let alone vehicles. Worst sales man I’ve ever had the painful experience of having to deal with. He tells me they won’t give me a trade in appraisal and talk sales numbers until I test drive the car. I said I want to know my trade in value at a minimum before I test drive. He said no. I said okay I’m walking away then…he said okay!! End up getting a trade in value from Sales Manager Henry Moana. We do the test drive without Scott and come back and agree to sales terms. I had to ask three separate individuals to start washing the vehicle while we waiting to complete sales transaction as I didn’t want to wait there any longer than we were already delayed being there. It wasn’t until I sternly asked the Sales Manager Henry that someone actually pulled it to the back to wash it. Meanwhile They promise me they are going to get me the second key, manuals and the inspection checklist the next day. They also told me that because I was financing with my own bank, they required me to apply for credit through them just in case we my bank doesn’t come through with the check after I drive the car home. This is my 5th purchase of a car from a dealer and I’ve always financed cars through my own bank and never had to apply for financing through them if I wanted to drive the car home same day. They were being stubborn about. I even called their sister dealer Mazda in Temecula and confirmed if they had this same practice. They confirmed they did not and they would let me drive car home same day without applying for financing through them. This dealer was 90-120 minutes from me so coming back a second time to just pick up the car was not an option for me. I already made the trip out there once, gave you money. Give me the car. They end up offering to have the car driven out to me instead once my bank’s check clears in their system, which they said could be up to 3 business day. Car was purchased on a Saturday. They also promised to provide confirmation they found second key, manuals and inspection report very next day (Sunday.) I end up not hearing from them. I texted Scott and asked what was going on. He replied he wasn’t in the office yet and would let me know once he got in later in the day. Still nothing. Due to character limitations, I have to cut the review short. So Much more to say. AVOID THIS DEALER! More

We have worked with Henry for years and are very appreciative of his amazing work and dedication towards helping customers. Today when I bought my 2024 Carbon Edition CX-5, we got to work with Evan. He was a complete professional who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Evan made the entire process so smooth and easy. It is such a relief to work with great talent like Evan and Henry. They worked together to help me get in the car I wanted with the financial situation I wanted and they explained everything I needed to know every step of the way. Hello Mazda also has great follow up. Every time we have been to Hello Mazda, Lerea has always made an excellent effort in following up with us to ensure our experience was nothing but exceptional. I am extremely grateful to everyone at Hello Mazda for their support and dedication to their customers. If you’re going to buy a car, THIS is where you need to be. Thank you!!! More
I had an appointment to look at the CX5. I went to the desk to tell them I had an appointment with Brando and talked to a manager named Henry and he was very unenthusiastic and dismissive.
