No pressure, just guidance and information to make the decision what car to buy my very own. The Finance Department smoothly prepared all the documentation in a very short time (my good credit rating expedited the process), and before I knew it I was the owner of my new Mazda3. Service: The service coupons the dealership offers help with a strained budget and the 5000 Mile Club Member discount (every 5th service free) are a much appreciated benefit, lowering the already competitive service cost even more. If you are waiting on your car service: the customer waiting lounge offers not only internet access and television viewing but also one of the best cup of coffee's around town. Waiting time passes very quickly while you are busy taking care of personal business on the internet. watching TV or bringing a book to read. Personnel is always friendly and accommodating. Mazda Temecula Service Department far outshines any oil changer or car service around town - not quite sure why people have not done the math on that yet. I brought my 2007 Mazda 3 in for a thermostat replacement. It was covered under the extended warranty including coolant replacement and they also found a leaking hydrolic motor mount and replaced replacement. Use them for warranty service and plan on going somewhere else for out-of-warranty service. Parts prices are astronomically marked up. More
