Nothing bad to say what so ever. Highly recommend Heller Motors in Pontiac, IL. Was looking for a newer used Chrysler Pacifica. Wanted to trade in our Explorer for the van. Had the Highly recommend Heller Motors in Pontiac, IL. Was looking for a newer used Chrysler Pacifica. Wanted to trade in our Explorer for the van. Had the pleasure of working with Jeremy Mehrkens. Got to say one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with. Told him exactly what I wanted and he was able to get my family and I in a van that we absolutely love. He was to the point and didn't beat around the bush with things I asked him about. He is very professional, kind and courteous and knows how to help a customer. Jeremy worked with the finance department and even helped me get a lower payment than what I already had as well. I would definitely take the drive to come see Jeremy and the awesome staff at Heller's again. Thank you to Jeremy and staff!! More

Would definitely send business to Heller again. I drove 3 hours to see a vehicle they had. I was greated right away upon arriving. The entire staff was courteous and helpful. I was a bit indeci I drove 3 hours to see a vehicle they had. I was greated right away upon arriving. The entire staff was courteous and helpful. I was a bit indecisive and my salesperson Bob took the time to pull 5 or 6 trucks out for me. They evaluated my trade and handed me my keys back. So many dealers hold them for ransom these days. Through the entire process there was no pressure. We talked about all sorts of things like old friends. It was refreshing to find a team and dealership that understands how to treat customers like people and not just a deal. Thanks for being better than so many others. More

I found the car on Cars. com and traveled 3 hours to pick it up. Pricing and trade were negotiated over the phone and there were no surprises when I arrived. The vehicle I was purchasing was exactly as described and they didn't try to tack on any extra fees or services like other dealerships I had contacted. Eric and Jake were awesome and the whole deal only took 30 minutes which included my test drive. I can't overstate how easy they made the whole process. The travel distance was well worth it and they will be the first dealership I check next time I need a vehicle. More

My advice if you are buying from this dealer is to let them do whatever is necessary. Jake even processed the license application for an out-of-state sale. Very satisfied. More

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai accent from these guys, paid for the car but before i was able to take possession they said they had to "fix" a few issues I purchased a 2017 Hyundai accent from these guys, paid for the car but before i was able to take possession they said they had to "fix" a few issues on the car. I was able to drive the car for one month before my car started having issue and my check engine light came on. Turns out they "fixed" my car by replacing the catalytic convertor with one from EBAY! After a year of dealing with these guys they finally told me they would not do anything to make this right, and that my extended warranty that i spend thousands on would also not cover this. I am now on the hook for paying over $1300 dollars to have this replaced with the correct parts. Please if you want to buy a vehicle that is not fixed with EBAY parts do not buy from here! More
