This was my sixth car from Heller in the past 2 years. I decided this time around to lease instead of buy. This would be my first time leasing and my go-to sales guy, Jody, was very helpful in guiding me I decided this time around to lease instead of buy. This would be my first time leasing and my go-to sales guy, Jody, was very helpful in guiding me along the way. This whole process was done at a distance mind you since I live 4 hours away. Over the course of a week Jody kept in constant contact with me and answering any questions I had along the way. Cody in finance was also very helpful and quick to answer my questions which I greatly appreciated. Considering everything that had to get done the process was over before I knew it and I was driving my new truck. I know Heller is 4 hours away but it doesnt matter to me because Heller is one of the few dealerships I trust. They dont play games like a lot of other dealerships. A+++ to Heller and I look forward to my next lease/purchase with them in the future. More

The staff was excellent excelent at the dealership. They were very helfull in getting you out in a timely manner. My only complaint is that the only came with 1 FOB. I called about a pre owned truck. The salesmen told me to call back next week as it was still being detailed. Called back the following Monday and was told it was ready. Made the 40 minute drive over to find the truck was still in the shop, not detailed with the engine in pieces. Was told they would contact me as soon as it was ready. 10 days later I reached out again to find the truck had been sold. I have heard of similar stories about this dealer. We went in already knowing what we wanted and were still there for three hours. We have also done some "homework" and know there is room for negotiation in your lease pricing. We do feel we didn't get the best possible price and I made sure to let the salesman know this. Our salesman, Pete, was very nice. He showed us several options. We are very satisfied with our purchase. We're just hoping next time the process goes a little quicker. More
