Made an appointment for a Friday morning and took my car in to have it looked at regarding a sensor. When I got there I was told that not only would it not be looked at on Friday, but at best it would be M in to have it looked at regarding a sensor. When I got there I was told that not only would it not be looked at on Friday, but at best it would be Monday before they could look at it. I'm not exactly sure why appointments are an option if they cannot actually look at the car on the date for which you make the appointment. I was told the service techs would be working on cars that were dropped off early in the week and that was the reason my service would not start until the next week. My advice is that unless you can drop your car off for some indeterminate amount of time, don't drop the car for anything more than an oil change at this dealership. More

I am very disappointed of the little to none knowledge about my Hellcat. I ended up only doing an oil change. They told me that my cold air intake was aftermarket and that they do not service it just rep about my Hellcat. I ended up only doing an oil change. This filters on hellcats 2019 and above are expensive, permanent filters and they have to be cleaned and oiled. BTW part number is 68424622aa. Most of my questions about the Direct Connection and Power Brokers program were not answered. I will be looking for another dealership to service my car, sadly almost all of them are the same. More

I took my car there three times for the same problem. They haven’t gotten it right yet the first time I got it back I drove it for two days. The piece that they install fell off. I have new issues that I didn’t have before they touch my car. I would give them a hard pass if I were you. More
