The few concessions I had to make were frustrating, all things considered, but Matt’s customer service really softened the blow. For someone who’s only been selling cars for a few years now, I’d say it seems like he’s already got the process truly mastered. Matt was honest, straightforward and transparent which is highly appreciated, and in my opinion a policy that more people would be wise to adopt.
