My wife bought a used Chevy Trax and within a couple of weeks it started overheating. The cooling fan ran for a long time after the engine was turned off. I called the salesman and he told me to take it to weeks it started overheating. The cooling fan ran for a long time after the engine was turned off. I called the salesman and he told me to take it to a shop but the shop was not in the dealership. They said they could not find anything wrong so they didn't fix anything. Then about 2 more weeks passed and again the cooling fan would not turn off. It ran so long that it killed the battery and I was not able to jump it. AutoZone tested the battery and it came back bad. So within less than a month, the car stopped working 2 times and I had to buy a new battery for it. When I contacted the dealership again about the problems with the car, they told me I could take it to a shop that I trusted but I was on my own and they were not going to do anything else about it.
