The representative is always prepared with what I have requested and what needs to be done to keep my Fusion running smoothly and quietly. Then the work is done in a professional and thorough manner at a reasonable price. I appreciate the car being washed before I leave. Recent Service at Heiser Ford Lincoln I set up basic maintenance on the Lincoln MKC. I delayed the service 10 days, due to their staff shortage in the service area. Lincoln has a program that give me a loaner and takes my car back to dealership for service. However, they never showed up, at scheduled time, to switch cars. I called, but could not explain why they never showed. Set new date to switch cars. Cars were exchanged as scheduled. However, received no call regarding status and get my car back. Called to find out my car was not done and to call the next morning. Car was ready by I ended up making the exchange at the dealership. More

Ford cars are no good I have benn having issue with my car starting .My car is only 4 years old therefore I should not be having issue . My Son and I both stated we will n I have benn having issue with my car starting .My car is only 4 years old therefore I should not be having issue .
