Installation of a new radiator is somewhat involved ,to be sure. The other work seemed inordinately expensive! I have a great mechanic, I will use him always... Slightly disappointing Before I had my Ford see Max, I was going to Heiser Chevrolet. I miss the individual attention that I had there. I can stand around my car for five minutes with guys sitting at their counter doing whatever and never acknowledging me. I am hoping that will change with time but I’m not holding my breath. More

Had oil change and later had all 4 tires replaced . Terry told me that I needed 4 new tires and recommended the type that I needed on my 13 year old car at a price I could afford. Friendly Service The oil change and check-up was completed and when I got to the end of the drive, I turned the wipers on to deal with the rain. The passenger-side wiper was torn for about 4 inches from the end. Maybe they just forgot to tell me. When I got home, I read the inspection report and was surprised to see that my wipers were "good." I called to ask about a new wiper. My calls went to voice-mail. When I did get a call, it was Hutch. He had been told that I wanted a trade-in estimate for my car. He not only gave me the estimate but also answered my question about replacement wipers when I asked. I returned to the shop, bought two new wipers and installed them. Still no response to my voice-mail questions. More
