Poor customer service is the norm. The most recent visit to the service center is one of a few visit that was not completely disappointing. Most of the time the staff is aloof, unconcerned and condescending. I came in a couple of times for brakes and never got them. I took my car elsewhere to get the work done. Also I brought my car in for a oil change and when I got it back it had a oil leak from a cracked seal. I brought it in to get it fixed, they wouldn’t even address it. I took my car elsewhere to get the work done. I felt like because my car is a focus that I wasn’t as important as others. The last time I was there was probably the best visit. Service people don’t even make eye contact. More

Very poor service on so-called passed testing. A certified master mechanic, friend, looked over the truck and indicated items that needed to be fixed as they were marked as working and they were no A certified master mechanic, friend, looked over the truck and indicated items that needed to be fixed as they were marked as working and they were not. They had the truck and it didn't look like they did anything to correct the issues. We have now taken the truck to the business where our friend works and he is fixing it the way it should have been in the first place. Because of the poor service we will have to pay our warranty deductible to have fixed the items that Heiser should have taken care of for us. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Exemplary Service I brought my car in for service as a drop off to fit in when available. My brakes were unsafe and the check engine light was lit on the dash. I anticipated a hefty repair bill, but was called a few days later to let me know the repairs were done and there would be no charge, since the parts were under warranty. The best part of my week! I will definitely return, even when considering a new vehicle. More

The irritating part was the lack of communication, 3 to 4 days at a time with nothing, phone calls not returned made this experience unpleasant. The extra work probably needed to be done but communication piece was my problem. More
