Very professional dealership Brought my 2008 Lincoln in for service oil change etc. Service writer was very friendly and helpful and offered a car wash when the service was done. After my car was serviced the service writer explained what was done to the vehicle. Made me feel like an important customer. I do have one suggestion for the dealership though, when a customer is standing at the service desk, the customer needs to be acknowledged like we’ll be right with you, no matter how busy your are at the service desk. I don’t like being ignored, I can take my vehicle elsewhere for service. More
