Received the confirmation letter that they are not ready to fix the problem on the flex. May one call to the dealership then immediately knew what I was talking about and set my appointment. They told mr early that it might take three to four hours it took exactly that call me everything went so smoothly I would definitely recommend taking your car there for services thank you guys. More

I spent $5000 to have my vehicle repaired. I had to bring it back as it wasn’t fixed right the first time. Plus when I picked it up, there was a used mask on the front seat and one would think after p bring it back as it wasn’t fixed right the first time. Additionally, the previous service manager lied to me and told me he had to order parts for a nonexistent problem. I would hard pressed to tell anyone to go to you. More
Took my van in for a recall. All was handled eventually but the service group and scheduler were not on the same page.
