I’ve had my car in for warranty repair several times for several issues. Not once have I received it back with the issues resolved. Got the update and authorized work. But an entire day was lost. This pushed it into the weekend. I was without my truck for three or four days for repairs of a part you stock. I was pretty bummed to be charged $200 for them to run a diagnostic, when I already knew what was wrong. I just needed a quote. When I asked about it, they quickly cut the charge in half… so had I not said diagnostic, when I already knew what was wrong. I just needed a quote. When I asked about it, they quickly cut the charge in half… so had I not said something they’d easily charge me more. I get it, it’s a money making business… but that didn’t sit well with me. They also cut the quote quickly when I mentioned another competing quote. I just want an honest shop I can take my car to that I trust to give me the best price and take care of my car. I’ll never take it back there if I can avoid it. More
