Terrible maintenance department and total disregard of what I told them prior had cause a malfunction in my vehicle. New Service advisor, I get it, but they need more training. Arguing with a client (not me) in the waiting room. No car wash, couldn't diagnose the oil leak, instead put in dye and told me to come bac training. Arguing with a client (not me) in the waiting room. It is only an extra two wheels guys. Not rocket science. WAY longer of an oil change then necessary, always running behind (last two oil changes have been close to 2.5-3 hours a piece. More
