I wish someone in service would actually follow up with me. I still don't know if my recall parts have been ordered or not. Someone says they will call me back and I hear nothing. Meanwhile they are telling me its not totally safe to drive my truck, long distances....so if someone actually reads these comments, please have service take ownership of my issue and call me back. I bought this truck here in 2022 and I'm very close to just going somewhere else to get it serviced. More

Set up appointment weeks in advance, took truck in for rough 2 hour part replacement on a Monday morning didn't get truck back until Friday after 5pm. Never calls back, was told 6 hours on a job it turned into two and a half days. Was told about a day on the next job, turned into two and a half.
