I have purchased my vehicles and had them serviced at Heiser Ford. I had been pleased with them until I needed to bring my ford Explorer for an oil change. According to their web site - which is a pain to use, they indicated that they have the ford Quick Lane. Since the web site is a pain to deal with, I called the location of the Quick Lane to schedule an appointment. The manager there told me they do take any appointments after 3PM because none of their employees will work pass 3PM. If I wanted an oil change then I would need to drop off the vehicle and pick it up later. What is the point then of having a " Quick Lane" then Heiser? So much for wanting your business for oil changes. The second time I needed to bring in my Ford Explorer ASAP due to a grinding noise from the rear end. I called the Service number listed on the web site and the women advised me the first available time would be mid January 2022. Over two months of waiting. Called another Ford dealer who I have never done business with and they took in my car in two days for the noise that cost me $1400.00. This is the dealer that I will be using going forward. No BS, easy to use web site, and the service people answered the phone and helped ASAP. More

Misdiagnosed my truck and charged me $700.00 for it. I had the truck for about 10days out of the 4 and a half months they had it. From june17th-nov. 4th. EGR wasn't the issue, but that's OK will still charge you for it. it was a blowen head gasket. That took from Aug. 18th to Nov. 4th to rediagnose and repair a head gasket. Call and try to talk to someone about it. This person or that person will get back to you. Good thing I'm not holding my breath. Such a disappointment dealing with a company that only cares about the money instead of the customer. More
They were amazing in 2018 when I purchased/leased my Navigator. However, since then its been a steady decline. This is the third time serviced for same thing in 3 months. They did my oil change wrong by overfilling. I had problems with the car on the highway and had to go back on next day so had to take another day off work. Was disappointed by the service department not calling when my car was ready. I had used the shuttle service so they needed to pick me up from work. I called to check on the vehicle and they said they were just finishing the paperwork, so a co worker dropped me off then I waited another hour and half and still wasnt notified had to call again then it was ready, I asked why they hadn't called as far as anyone there knew I still needed to be picked up He acted like he didnt know that I'm sure it was on the invoice then no one would bring the car up. The shuttle driver then brought my car around for me. He was wonderful. Both for his shuttle service and bringing my car up. The rest could learn something about customer service from him. More
