Mercedes was great. The rest of the service team I interacted with grumbled to me about not liking their jobs and this not being such a great place to work. I had my truck in for a warranty repair, wh interacted with grumbled to me about not liking their jobs and this not being such a great place to work. I had my truck in for a warranty repair, which took a little more than a week if memory serves, but I was given a loaner car to get me through, so I can't complain about that. Communication was average; again, Mercedes brought it up because the times I got someone else it was either go on hold for five minutes or not get an answer. When I left I felt lucky to be back in my truck but I'm not sure I won't go to Boucher if I ever need warranty stuff done again. More
