First, we want to assure you that racism has no place at Heiser Automotive; we ourselves are a diverse group and we have a “zero tolerance policy” when it comes to this issue. We truly pride ourselves on customer care and always try to exceed customer expectations. Secondly, we understand how frustrating it was for you to have needed your vehicle that was brought to our Heiser Ford location from our Quick Lane facility for additional repairs. On top of that, repairs were delayed due to parts needing to be ordered. We adjusted the initial quote by $300 for the inconvenience and delivered your vehicle to you on the day it was completed. We know this can’t take back the time you were without a vehicle, but I hope you know how much we appreciate you as a customer.
