My issue was not resolved. It costed over 1600. After I picked my vehicle up. It still had the same issue which presented the same day!and they refused to fix it without chargi It costed over 1600. It still had the same issue which presented the same day!and they refused to fix it without charging and additional 1100 dollars or offering to give part of my money back. I was never compensated all they said was sorry we didn't fix or catch the issue. I hope to hear from a manager after this survey. More

Excellent service for our emergency repair. Our car had a flat tire on a Friday afternoon. The tow truck delivered it to Heiser at 5 pm. I Bought my 2018 Lincoln MKZ from Heiser Ford in March 2022. I wanted to Wait for a while before I wrote a Review. Over the past six month I've built relationships with numerous staff members. Jordan McGee the Sales Manager is Excellent and always goes out of his way to speak to me when I'm there getting my car washed or serviced. Goran Filipovic the Finance Manager does the same and he squared me a way with all my Financing/Bumper to Bumper Warranty. Mercedes Taft the Service Advisor goes over and beyond to take care of me every time I come in for Service. Her Customer Service Skills are A1! The Service Manager her Department also looked out for me and got me in for an Oil Change even when the schedule was Super Booked. She got me in and out in a short period of time. The Shuttle Service is also Excellent, and I can always get home or a loaner whenever I need it if one is available. The Ladies at the Customer Service desk are Friendly and Great as well! But the Car Wash service provided by Quentin Carrington and the Detail he puts into Keeping my 2018 Lincoln MKZ Clean is Amazing! He goes Over and Beyond and he makes sure MY Ride is Clean and I Receive Daily Compliments on how nice My Ride Looks. I never thought I would ever buy a Lincoln especially after being a Mercedes Benz guy my Entire Life. But I’m super happy with my Purchase and the Customer Service Heiser Ford provides me, and I hope to Upgrade my car therein the near future. They Truly have a Great Cohesive Unit, and Everyone works together well like a Family Unit. I’ve been very Impressed after my six months of Observing this Dealership from going there on a Weekly Basis! More

I was charged $3000. 00 for a clutch on a focus when others charged $1600.00 or less. You tried to bring the price down to $2, 220.00. But the damage was done.
