I have a new 2022 Edge and have problems with the touch pad. The car was in July 5th They had it for a week and then needed to get permission to order parts or a new touchscreen. Eventually got to talk to the parts manager who could not under stand why the part was not in. He said it would be reordered on a rush basis. It was supposed to be in last Thur or Fri. This morning I called and got put on hold for over 20 min so I called in again and talked to service and again got put on hold. "They will call when the part comes in" I am really tired of hearing Maryann, part of the ownership family's outgoing message and advertisng of their great service. More

A very nice area to discuss and drop off your care. The staff is eager to want to meet your needs, and complete the work efficiently. I don’t understand the time it takes for them to start working on your car, when you have an appointment, but you can see on your app, that it sits there for hours. They had mine for two days, yet it spent 2 to 3 hours in the shop, I assume being worked on. Due to staff shortage they could not pickup, or drop off my under warranty vehicle More
The Service desk staff were friendly and professional. The service I purchased was the Works. My fluids were not topped nor was my car washed. Within a week of my visit one of my tires blew out and I was told my two separate service centers that my tires were bald- and I should not have been driving with those tires. This was not noted on the Heiser service evaluation of my car. This is not first issue I have had with Heiser Service but in the past my concerns were addressed prior to the survey but not this time. I have used this dealership due to it’s convenient location but I have lost confidence in the work being done. More
