I was driving through Wisconsin and needed my 2017 F250 looked at and a second key made. Mercedes in the service department was very knowledgeable and very helpful and made a stressful situation really re looked at and a second key made. See I've been to at least 16 different Ford dealerships across the United States in the last 45 days and nobody would get my truck in without an appointment set for at least a month and a 1/2 down the road. However I use my backup camera every day because I backup to trailers everyday for my job. And my backup camera was not working properly. I would highly recommend this dealership and the dealership to anyone passing through. Asked for Mercedes in the service department. She is one that knows how to get things done.
