The technicians helped me to identify the car issues and explained it good. I was able to fix my car and get back on the road. I had an appointment and was told when to come back for pick up. When I returned the service work was not even started because the workers went on lunch. No idea what happened to car when you had it 4+ hours. When I handed keys to you, it rode like a perfect Lincoln should. When I got it back, it didn’t feel like my car. The steering wheel was misaligned. Plus my paperwork said my brakes were bled when I asked for a flush. This was just put down as a typo. Took my car back that afternoon & was told just need tires rotated. I had an all4 alignment, rotation and brake flush. Made the journey back to dealership next day. Was told an alignment and rotation was done but stilled pulled to right. More work would need to be done next business day. Luckily o was able to get a super gross, smoke filled loaner. Was also told I’d need to pay $150 for diagnostics to determine problem. Really? I pay for your mistake? Received a call before noon on Monday where I was told they thought work was good enough. Didn’t sit too well with me. Good enough? No way problems were fixed that quickly. Left work early to pick up my car. Drove out of dealership and again still pulled to right. On top of this, my steering column was stiff as if some unneeded adjustment was done. Took car back. Again told I’d have to pay for diagnostic fee of $150. I was nice & offered to pay 1/2 if anything. Got same loaner I just returned. Tuesday rolled around & picked up car. When I entered car, the cover to drivers airbag was ajar. Could tell as there was a movement from side to side when I adjusted the drive mode. Upset with why my airbag cover was off. Drove a few feet and the pulling to right was still there. Drove right back to service bay and asked why was airbag cover touched and still pulls. In the end, just demanded to leave. Was there 4 days, a total of 6-7 times physically in service bay and you couldn’t fix the problem(s) you created. I drove to another dealership right after that. Next when they looked at my car they called and asked if it was in an accident. Hmmm, odd question to ask. However fits the horrific way car rode after Heiser worked on. I’ll never know full story of what happened to my car when Heiser had in service garage. More
