We were happy with how the team at Heiser handled our truck purchase from start to finish! We talked to first the Salesperson, then the Estimator for trade in value, then the General Manager to see if he truck purchase from start to finish! We were happy with how everything was handled without the game playing known at some dealerships. We then talked to the Finance Manager to purchase the truck we wanted. No games, no pressure to purchase any additional offers such as Environmental Package, Tire and Rim Protection or Prepaid Services. They were explained to us but no pressure to buy. They even gave us a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty on our used truck purchase. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to family and friends. It is a classy operation! More
Very disappointed with my most recent service visit. My family has been coming to this dealership for over 20 years dealing with Brandi Winfery (Greatest Sales Person ever dealt with) but it seems that My family has been coming to this dealership for over 20 years dealing with Brandi Winfery (Greatest Sales Person ever dealt with) but it seems that the level of customer service has significantly declined in recent years. On 11/15/2022 I brought my vehicle in for a few simple recalls at the scheduled appointment time 7:45am. This drop-off experience went perfectly fine and I left assured that I would be getting my car back same day. We even arranged for a shuttle service to deliver my car. At 4pm, I was at work when I realized I still don't have my car which led me to call the dealership. When I called service, my tech that helped me wasn't available so the person that answered said they'd leave her a message and she'd call me back when she returns to her desk. This was a bit discouraging as I was confused why anyone else couldn't tell me the status of my car. 40 minutes went by and I still hadn't received a call, so I called back. Another service tech (Ashley?) answered, I asked if someone else could update me on my vehicle or if I had to wait on (Miranda?) to update me? She told me "No, give me one sec" and she placed me on hold for about 10 mins only for (Miranda?) to pick up the phone (frustrating). At this time, she asked if I'd be okay with leaving my car there overnight. I told her that wouldn't work because I have an early appointment the next day. She then told me that she could have it done by 8pm. I told her that is great, despite now having to arrange a ride because shuttle service was no longer available. I was more concerned with getting my car. I then let her know that I have a dog and she told me that is no problem. I was instructed that if I arrive before 6pm come thru the service door and if after 6pm go thru the lobby. She said people have had dogs in there often. I arrived a 5:48pm with my dog at the service door to only discover it was locked. At this point, I am looking at 3 service techs at their stations (not my service tech) and they just looked back at me like I was crazy. So I then proceeded to walk in through the lobby. When I got to service, I said " I am here to pick up my vehicle. Could you all not let me in thru the door?" One of them replied "we begin shutting down at 6pm" I replied "but it's 5:51pm" and they said nothing further about the matter but proceeded with asking my to sign the paperwork for release of my car. Believe it or not, it got worse from here. I'd really appreciate someone giving me a call. Thanks. More
