Work was completed well and on time. Previous work for other airbag is not able to be corrected to my satisfaction. Apparently out of warranty even though work and opening had to be accepted at the time, opening has now grown in size. I feel this is something that should be addressed, but was told it would involve a new dash, and Heiser would not replace. In my opinion this happened at Heiser while replacing the airbag, it should be corrected by Heiser. More

Customer service was awful! I asked for phone calls if vehicle was to be kept overnight on multiple occasions. Terrible in every phase of customer service. I had to ask for a car wash and the attendant told me it was not running , but someone changed their mind and decide to run in through (quickly) their wash. I hope they changed the oil! More
