This was service experience was not the best. In the past I have always been very satisfied. The Valet Service was very good as usual! The service was less than adequate. They picked up the car promptly and left a loaner to use. When the service was complete, they were also supposed to repair the driver's seat of which a part had come in. They called me a told me the wrong part was ordered and I was told they would have a replacement by the end of the week. I made a follow-up appointment for the following Monday and the car was picked up on time. After two days I called and spoke with Miranda who was handling my account. She told me she had to check and would call me back. That never happened. The next day I called again and spoke with Kieth who told me Miranda was in training all day and he said he would check and call me back. That never happened. I called again and never got a call back. After 10 days I called and spoke to Keith who apologized and handed me over to Miranda who had to check again. I said I would hold. She told me that it looked like it was done and I would get it back today. I told her to call me so I could make sure I was available with the loaner. I never got a call back other than from the driver of my car to tell me he would be there in 10 minutes. The car was a mess when he arrived and it was covered in what looked like dust and dirt. I was not happy and the driver apologized many times. To make this story short I was not satisfied with the communication but the work was done properly. Terry Kroening More
