Meanwhile they are telling me its not totally safe to drive my truck, long distances....so if someone actually reads these comments, please have service take ownership of my issue and call me back. Set up appointment weeks in advance, took truck in for rough 2 hour part replacement on a Monday morning didn't get truck back until Friday after 5pm.
