The service department communication, and the lack of knowledgeable employees is a problem for this service department. On the following Tuesday, just because I was in the area, I stop in to get an update on my truck. And to my surprise my truck was ready for pickup four days earlier. Lastly, the grass shield was not attached because no replacement part was in your parts department. How could that be, because you had my truck for over five weeks. Why wasn't this part ordered at the same time my transmission was ordered. I will not return for any service. This department is a mess. More
