The service department communication, and the lack of knowledgeable employees is a problem for this service department. Your service department had my truck for over five weeks, I had to beg for almost two weeks for a loner. Then the best for last. My truck was completely repaired on a Friday. No one called me. On the following Tuesday, just because I was in the area, I stop in to get an update on my truck. And to my surprise my truck was ready for pickup four days earlier. Lastly, the grass shield was not attached because no replacement part was in your parts department. How could that be, because you had my truck for over five weeks. Why wasn't this part ordered at the same time my transmission was ordered. I will not return for any service. This department is a mess. More
