My first appointment got messed up. When I called to check on the second try, they had trouble finding it in the system but said to bring it. I sat there for 3 hours. We were in town for a baseball tournament when our power steering went out on a Saturday afternoon. They squeezed us into their schedule to get the problem diagnosed. Customer Service was nice but the one recall I keep trying to fix never gets fixed because of its difficulty and maybe the cost. I took my vehicle in for a roof repair in April, four months later I needed window switches, passenger door, headliner, chrome molding, upper and lower control arms, threatened from Mike, taking off work months later I needed window switches, passenger door, headliner, chrome molding, upper and lower control arms, threatened from Mike, taking off work multiple times for scheduling of appointments, resulting in lost wages on the personal and commercial side, then being accused of taking advantage of the service department as the fix all the extra damages caused to my vehicle, they paid for the repairs and I'm supposed to happy as I'm still waiting for my vehicle repair after on five months More
